Try using Firefox, it used to work better than IE did because of the Googlegroups interface.
1. Sign in to Googlegroups. 2. Find the My Groups menu and hit spacebar to expand it. 3. A table should open with each group you are the owner or manager on. Find the Manage Group link associated with the group you want to change. 4. Now you should see a list like this: (this is the list for the old MSB-Alumni googlegroups page above the table of members which is where it happened to open up to.... list of 1 items Michigan School for the Blind Alumni list end list of 6 items Members list of 5 items nesting level 1 All members Invite members Direct add members Outstanding invites Join requests list end nesting level 1 Messages Settings Permissions Roles Information list end 5. If you don't want to manage the members, you can highlight any of the other items and a similar sublist will open below the item you highlighted in messages, settings roles, permissions, etc. Let me know if you need more specifics, or give me a call tomorrow. Steve Lansing ----- Original Message ----- From: Vicki To: JAWS Sent: Saturday, June 13, 2015 2:51 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] navigating the Google website I am on two Google groups and I need to change some of my settings. I have JAWS 14 and 15 and, even though I managed to find the settings button, the options are limited to global, topic and language, none of which have anything I need. There are several buttons that are not labeled. How can I access my settings for my groups with JAWS? Thank you.
