If all else fails, my husband found a new trick, did this for me for keystrokes for Facebook, which I'll include for anyone who does not have it. He said when I got my new computer, we could just go to the net and find key strokes for my program. He was amazed about the key stroke for place marks. I will include these, in case anyone can use them. Incidentally, I didn't put plus, I just put, like Alt 1, Enter. Putting in plus can be confusing like should I put in the Plus Sign? You would find file save as and jaws would say alt followed by F A. It doesn't do that any more so I wanted to know if this is something with office 2013 or if there's a setting I can change that will make Jaws tell me these key tips.
