Put it this way, the first version on this system was 12 and this is 7 pro
64 bit. Keep in mind I use jaws pro at that time which has since been
converted to home under their new pricing plan.

so your saying just the opposite of what David said then?
I kindof thought he was right, but since I'm using 16, I have forgotten what
the older jaws versions do.
I didn't even put 12 on my laptop, I started with 13 and now up to 16, it
seems to be working as good as 15 which I loved that version took me a long
while to move up.
