Why not just go to c:\Users\your folder\Dropbox\
to find the file or folder that you are looking for. Drop Box syncs
everyting that someone sends you to this folder, and anything that you put
into this folder will be synced to the Drop Box cloud.

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] question about dropbox and windows 8.1
How do I access dropbox on my computer to get to files and folders
that people have put items in? I know you can do it via the
Dropboxwebsite but how can I do it from the dropbox application on the
computer itself?
thanks,
Dacia

Hello Dacia,
Once you have installed the Dropbox program and signed into your
account, the program creates a folder in the user directory ie
c:\users\yourusername\dropbox. If you would like to access the program
itself to change settings, it should be in your system tray JAWS key
plus f11.
Hope that helps

Hi,
I have a new Lenovo laptop and am using JAWS 16 and Windows 8.1. I
just downloaded Dropbox but everytime I click on it once I go to my
apps it doesn't do anything. Is there something magical I need to
do? Or is there a different version I need to download or do I need
to change a setting in the one I've already downloaded? I can access
my stuff via the website but sometimes I would like to accessit
directly from the app on my computer.
thanks,
Dacia
