As a quick update, I went back into the review tab, and found the track
changes option. I discovered that if I use the control shift E key command,
you can toggle track changes on or off. In my case, of course, I toggled to
off, and the track changes disappeared.

Hopefully, this will help others who might need to deal with this type of
situation.

A Word 2010 Document

Hi, some one else may have to chime in here but I believe choosing the
"final mark up" gives you just the final document. I have not actually
used it but I believe that is what it does. It can be found under the
review tab and then look for tracking.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Need Suggestions For Dealing With Track Changes In A
Word 2010 Document

Hello, everyone.

I have just received a document in my work e-mail that I need to review and
sign.

My problem is that the document has many track changes (including deletions
and insertions), so that it is very difficult to determine what the final
document actually says.

Has anyone figured out how to make sense out of a document like this?

I'm using Jaws 14, Windows 7, and Office 2010 here.
