How do you make a personal shut down sound?

The coolest shutdown I ever remember was back on 3.11; our
secretary used
it. It was a masculine voice, drawling slowly and with emphasis
(almost
a John-Wayne delivery), "This is really beginning to irritate

I totally forgot about that.Many years ago I had the shut down
sound as a
toilet flushing and the start up as HI HO it's off to work we
go. These I
had on my work computer. will have to look into doing that
again. Not sure
where they are located in this win 7 computer. I do not think
it will be
hard to locate.

You know, I think Windows 98 had the best start up sound that
any of the
programs have had - a matter of taste, said the old man who
