I think that the keyboard command restart is preferable to the forced
restart by pressing the small button in the vicinity of the son-off
switch. When I have been forced because of a locked keyboard to use the
forced restart, I always get a non-JAWS readable Windows screen from
which I must choose the restart option - normal or safe mode and one other.

if this has been mentioned already, nnext to the power bbutton is a
reset/restart button usually smaller and sometimes flush or recessed.
use it instead of doing a forced shutdown.

Hi,
I'm sure this happens a lot out there.
And the PC doesn't want to do anything and you're force to do a shut
down.
Since, jaws is not responding, is there a way to do a restart,
instead of
shutting down???
Thanks,
Jorge
