I supposed you have tried WindowsKey F? I always save things like that in
Save As and put .doc at the end so that they go into My Documents - have
about 90 files over there.

Using JAWS 16, Windows 8.1 I have been downloading statements from various
places, and even pages from internet and not locating.
I am not finding in file explorer docs, nor in downloads.. any idea how to
locate where these files got saved?
