Hi Petras,
People forget where they came from, when they too were beginners.
And after a couple years here in this club, they learned a lot and act like,
if they were big dogs.
The Pc can run in safe mode, if it started up that way at start up, I guess.
If, it really started up in safe mode,
Is because it's protecting its self from something not right, so you got to
be carefull not to crash.
You never called MS Accessibility????
Now, Starting the pc in safe mode is another can of worms.
That's totally different,
You would need sighted help for this.
The F8 key is press rapidly while the computer is booting up- starting up.
It can take 1 or a couple trys.
If the safe mode screen opens, jaws is not working at this time.
That is why you need sighted help.
There are half a dozen options you can run.
Run the pc in safe mode.
Run a repair of your operating system with a disc.
Erase the operating system and re-install again.
Trouble shoot
Etc...
There is more I am missing.
I got some more answers to one of your other post:
A desktop pc, does not have a battery level because it usesAC power only.
A laptop with a battery & charger.
Will have a battery level.
A laptop with no internal battery has no battery level because it's plug to
AC power and has no charger charging it.
HTH,
Jorge
