I am using an older version of MS Word 2007 but I am certain that there is a similar method for 2013. I Press Insert+F6 for a list of headings then I select all the headings. IN my version I press Alt+H then fy Then go to clear all and press Enter.
You can search with your Jaws curser to look for how it is set up in your version..
