Hi Mario, Try the following: 1. Open the Settings Center with, Insert + 6, on the number row then, control, shift + D, to open Settings Center default all applications. 2. Arrow down, Text Processing closed, & press right arrow to open. 3. Arrow down to, Number & Date processing closed, & right arrow to open. 4. Arrow down 1 time to, Numeric Date Processing, & press the spacebar to toggle through the options, until Jaws reports, some translation. Note: Tab 1 time to, Read Only edit, to get an explanation of the 3 options. Now, tab to, Okay, & press enter to save & close.
If you only want the settings to be used in a particular program, open the Settings Center only while in that program & do not open the default all applications. HTH Take care. I don't recall what version started exhibiting this glitch, maybe 10, but maybe there's a simple fix that I overlooked? maybe a setting for year processing? anyone?
