Hi Jorge,

The plus only means that you are adding an additional key press. Example:
Control, Shift, + D, means while holding the, control & Shift keys down you
then press the, D, key while the control & shift keys are being held down.
You don't actually use the plus key. So, if the Facebook keystroke is Alt +
M, you hold down the Alt key & press the letter, M.
HTH
Take care.
Mike

Hi Carolyn,
Really, I tried to figure out the first command:
+m enter
In this laptop there is no single + key, unless I press the shift key to
create a +.
So, how are you performing this command?

So the alt would work in facebook?

I'll save the command you posted, just in case???
Thanks,
Jorge

If all else fails, my husband found a new trick, did this for me for
keystrokes for Facebook, which I'll include for anyone who does not have it.

He said when I got my new computer, we could just go to the net and find key
strokes for my program. He was amazed about the key stroke for place marks.
I will include these, in case anyone can use them. Incidentally, I didn't
put plus, I just put, like Alt 1, Enter. Putting in plus can be confusing
like should I put in the Plus Sign? Anyway, here they are:

Alt M Enter - New message

Alt Question Mark Enter - Cursor in Search Box

Alt 1Enter - Home Page

Alt 2Enter - Profile page

Alt 3 Enter - Friend request

Alt 4 plus enter - Message (if any)

Alt 5 Enter - - Notifications

GIFT (God is forever true),

Carolyn

Hi

I seem to remember Jaws reading the sequencial hot keys that office started
to use I believe in 2007 version. You would find file save as and jaws would
say alt followed by F A. It doesn't do that any more so I wanted to know if
this is something with office 2013 or if there's a setting I can change that
will make Jaws tell me these key tips.

Best

Eythor
