Hi all, I am using outlook 2010 on a W8.1 computer with jaws 16. Very often, when I open an email, I am either at the end of the newest email in any thread, or at the end of any email thread or not. I have to arrow up to find the beginning of the email. Is there a way to fix this? Jim
