I am surprised it doesn't include creating webpages and blogs easier to
do for those like myself who have trouble with this kind of thing. Maybe
there are programs and tools that work well with jaws to perform these
tasks already I am not aware of out there.

Leasey works only with JAWS. The Leasey Basic package costs more, and

while running the version of JAWS it was installed in. From my reading
of the documentation, one cannot do that. If one does want to disable
it, one has to either uninstall it or use a version of JAWS that
Leasey was not installed into.
Just to reiterate: There are good things about Leasey. But it may not
be for all users. It will suit some very well.
