I clicked the speaker icon when attempting to change the volume and hit mute by accedent. How do I unmute the main computer speakers? I didn't mute jaws. ----- Original Message ----- From: Steve <pipeguy...@gmail.com To: <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Date sent: Thu, 16 Jul 2015 22:48:00 -0400 Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] accedently muting the speakER Well, there could be another issue going on here, not muting Jaws but muting the volume. I assume when Petras re-booted, he didn't hear any Windows sounds at all. In that case, do the run command and type sndvol and press enter. Now, tab once and press the spacebar. This is a toggle button that turns mute on and off. If that is the problem, you should immediately hear speech. Take my advice, I don't use it anyway. I muted jaws speech and did just that as a test and it worked. On 7/17/2015 10:01 AM, petras wrote: Do I need to be logged on?
