I think I saw that you live in California, and if that's the case, I believe
you can get a full version of Windows 10 for $119 USD (United States
Dollars), keep in mind that this price does not include taxes or shipping
and delivery, if charged.
In any case, this price is directly from Microsoft if you want to purchase
it, and I believe Best Buy was selling it at more or less the same price,
so, unless you're looking for Windows 10 Professional, you won't have to pay
$199.
