I'm not quite understanding why you simply don't go to microsoft's website
and get it yourself.
You say you're willing to pay for it, I've given you the Microsoft price, as
well as the price at Best Buy, and if you get to the Microsoft website
within the next year, there's a good chance you won't have to pay the one
hundred and nineteen dollars they would ask you to pay.
Given that the icon is not showing up in your system tray, I think this
would be the better bet, so go to the below link, and get Windows 10
directly from Microsoft:
