Have you tried using the Jaws cursor to see what is on the screen? Having a go and a close button doesn't tell me much unless I know what the rest of the box says. If using the Jaws cursor doesn't work, you could try doing an OCR of the screen and see if that reveals something. I'd be hesitant to click on the go button until I know what it does. In all likelihood the box that is popping up is tips for using your hardware or information telling you about features it may have. Usually, there's a check box that says something along the lines of "do not show this again". Might want to see if you can find and click that. The box should not pop up after this is done.
