on the loaner laptop (it goes back soon), I'm using JAWS 15, and when I
press the insert+windows+f4, JAWS 15 reloads. how can I prevent this
from reloading, could it be that insert+f4 is the answer? there is no
longer a memory dump for version 15 and above?

On my Win7 computer, the version that I unload with the, Insert, Windows
Key, + F4, keystroke is the version that reloads / starts up again. So, if
I'm running J16 & unload with the, Insert, Windows Key, + F4, keystroke,
this is the version that reloads. If you are running J16 & unload it, but
J15 reloads, it might be a good idea to contact FS tech support to see if
they know why this is happening.
