well the podcast makes it easy to move in it. control f will put you on top
and using f6 will help moving. Also control 1 through 9 will help you get to
music, tv, and so on.

I personally do better with written instructions, those I can leave open and
refer to as I go along. Due to a hearing loss, podcasts full of
instructions take more time. Also have a braille display on main computer
so, it makes following directions much easier.
Regardless, I do not like version 12 of iTunes and with each successive
update something else seems not to work well. May be wonderful for mousers,
but not personally for me, everyone may love it, I currently do not.
