Make sure you have the other end plugged into a wall outlet, and that the
outlet has power -- is it perhaps controlled by a wall switch? If so,
absolutely do not use that outlet.

Subject: [Bulk] [JAWS-Users] plugedin, not charging

Hi, today I went to plug in my computer. I turned it on and got
"50 percent available, plugged in, not charging." I never had
this problem. I then restarted and nothing. "i used the battery
trick and it said "Battery level: battery low: 0 percent," time
remoing: 0 minutes." I am using jaws 16. I was wanting to
upgrade to windows 10, but can accedently unplug it and cut the
power.
