I turned it on and got "50 percent available, plugged in, not charging." I never had this problem. I then restarted and nothing. "i used the battery trick and it said "Battery level: battery low: 0 percent," time remoing: 0 minutes." I am using jaws 16. I was wanting to upgrade to windows 10, but can accedently unplug it and cut the power.
