I installed KB3035583 yesterday and I still am getting nothing in terms of
notifications to download or install windows

Microsoft says it appears on the desktop- does this mean it's like a
normal
windows update bubble. Some of you who have received this notification,
please tell those of us who haven't, what we're supposed to see. Thanks.
