Hi Howard,
Just because someone replies to your post, doesn't necessarily mean
that that person assumes your knowledge or lack thereof, it is called 
sharing information for the entire list.
I could have viewed your original post as somewhat brusk,
so take a minute to think about your response before making it!
Jim didn't infer any negative  about your computer skills, you just took it 
that way.

but I really do not need the steps on reinstalling jaws.
I've does this so many times, I can do it in my sleep, so to speak. I'm not
naïve.
so just because I asked a question or told about my experience, do not
assume I'm a newbie.
