Not a weird problem but a normal one until you reinstall jaws 16 on your
windows 10 computer.
Put a copy of jaws 16 latest, in your download folder.
Keep shared accessories.
Keep your settings.
when you reinstall all your settings will be saved but 2 of them.
reset your hot key of control+ALT+j.
Reset jaws to come on at the log-in screen.
You are good to go at that point.
When you reinstall jaws and press finish, jaws will come on talking, no need
to restart the computer.
This gives you a chance to reset the above items...
After uninstalling jaws 16, when you are on the log-in screen.
use narrator windows key+enter, to sign in, go to your download folder.
Highlight jaws 16 set up file, press the application key.
Down arrow to run as administrator, and press enter.
Follow the prompts...
