Hi To remove or add Braille displays to JAWS, go to the start menu, all programs and Find and open JAWS 16. Arrow down to tools and press right arrow to open the sub-menu. Find Synthesizer and Braille manager and open it. Tab to add, remove or change devices and press enter to open. Select Braille displays and press enter. You will be shown a list of all possible Braille displays. The Braille displays you have installed will be checked. Uncheck the ones you want to uninstall. To install a new Braille display, check it in the list. When done, tab to the next button and press enter. You will be shown options for the new Braille displays you have added, if any, and then a screen to choose the default Braille display. When you get back to the Synthesizer and Braille Manager, tab to the close button and press enter. Restart JAWS to make the changes effective.

Hi List, I want to install my new Focus 14 Blue on my Windows 7 computer using Jaws 16. However, It is showing under Braille settings that currently I have no Braille display as my default. But it does have 2 other displays that I am no longer using, listed as options. No where, do I find an uninstall for the old displays or even an acknowledgement that the Focus is a possible display. Can anyone help me? My sincerest thanks for any help!
