Hello Wayne, Yes, when you are in the document that you would like to check on press alt insert s. This will take you to the select a skeme dialogue box which you down arrow through. One of the skemes is proofreading with attributes. Press enter on this skeme. Now when you come to text which is different from normal such as bold or underline, JAWS will announce it in a different voice.
