Hi Kevin, If the link in the e-mail shows as an actual URL, try placing the cursor on the first character, usually H, and then pressing enter.

I am using WLM 2012, latest. No issues, must be settings, its not windows 10. I just helped some one download and install and set up a WLM account with no issues, on windows 10. There is a setting interfering with this somewhere. Check this in personalization, then start. Show recently opened items and jump list on start or the taskbar, uncheck this item. See if that makes a difference.
