FS told me that a repair only can be done from the root of the c drive.
meaning the jaws file must be in the OS c folder. but if I download the file
it normally goes to my download folder
and if I copy the file to my OS c folder I’ll get a message that I’ll need
administrator permission. my user account is an administrator why can’t I copy
the file to that folder?
using windows 10 and of course Jaws 16.0.4350
