when starting up windows 10 after the log on screen if you don’t hear the startup sound when after jaws completely loads and you are on the desktop press the windows key to bring up the search box and type sound this will bring up the sound control panel control+tab to sound schemes then tab until you get to play windows startup sound. this should be checked, if not press spacebar to check.
