Press the letter D until you find Default programs. Press enter to open this. Tab down to "Set Your Default Programs". Press enter here. Once open and loaded, tab one time to the list view, and then arrow down to focus on Internet Explorer. Stop on this and tab down and press enter on "Set this program as default. You will then be prompted to set defaults for the program, which you can choose to do, or you can simply use it in it's default state, which I believe most people do. hth.
