I believe you need to go to account settings, and in there it will ask what would you like to name this account or refer too. Something along them lines. Press alt f, right arrow, there will or should be a combobox with account names, press enter on the account name, the next dialog, click change, then that part you asked about and I mentioned should be there. I just saw it, but I only have one account which is named personal. Me personally, it drove me nuts when it use to say [email protected] each time I opened up outlook.
