I have contacts, both in my outlook 13, and on my Iphone 5s that disappear or partially, like maybe the phone number goes missing but the email is still there. So it was the guy at Apple who wanted me to log into ICloud.com, and I attempted on 2 different windows 8.1 with Jaws 16, and was unable. I can however sign into Appleid.applecom, so my sign in is all good. So, not completely sure why the guy at apple was having me go there, but I wondered if this might be JAWS related. Overall, wanting my contacts to stay preserved, I primarily use my phone to add but using outlook 13, it automatically saves whom I respond to. Don't mean for this to be off topic for JAWS, but my thought was could it be JAWS related.. the log in to ICloud.com is not accessible using JAWS? I was hoping to sleuth this out before calling apple back.
