Hi Martin, What you want to do is once you're focused on the vocalizer expressive voice profile (jaws key+j for the jaws window, alt+o for options, v for voices, v again for voice adjustment, v for vocalizer expressive) tab till you hear "voice adjust colon" and from the combo box, choose "all contexts"
