not sure if windows mail works like windows live mail
but if you have the ribbon menu what you do is
go to what you want to attach to the email and copy it to the clipboard
go to mail press application key
arrow right to insert arrow down jaws should announce insert a file to
attach press spacebar
after pressing space jaws should announce select file to attach paste what
you have in clipboard then press enter
it's attached
like I said I use windows live mail and this is what I do not sure if it'll
work in windows mail, but it's worth a shot ain't it?

I am using windows mail with jaws 16 on a windows seven computer. Everytime
I try to send an attachment I get a message that the program has stopped
working. I was told I need to backup my mail and upgrade the windows mail
software. Will someone give me instructions on how to do this?
