I have it but no way to use it since I never received a code name or
password, so anything I enter tells me it is incorrect. Besides, I doubt
that I'd know how to use it if I could get in, I would have a year ago maybe
but lately nothing here works like it should. My laptop still has stuff I
can't remove from a job that we agreed was not working for me, I removed all
programs but. My desktop has been sort of mixed up since my late husband
passed and a cousin tried to fix it, files never seem to be where they
should be, searches work or they do not. So have two computers and neither
are quite like the one I had in 2013 that died. I truly am afraid to do
Windows 10 with no one here, I can do most of what I need, e-mail most
websites, except PayPal where I don't remember the password since it made me
try about 20 times before I got one, none of what I have tried works and to
change it requires a CAPTCHA which I have not been able to hear or remember
long enough to get it put where it should be.

I hate PayPal, CAPTCHAS and I am not particularly fond of Firefox either, it
does not follow the usual conventions, book marks are often not accessible,
it freezes usually when I am trying to do something important like looking
at my bank stuff or just as I am checking out of a shopping site.
Life sucks, my computers suck some days. Retirement is not all it was
cracked up to be, especially alone.
So unless you can say something truly helpful that is not call someone, sit
on hold listing to music that literally makes my good ear ache after a time,
or tell me about an ad in that has been totally uncooperative, please just
forget I ever asked a question. Written instructions would be most
appreciated, I never give out my phone numbers on an e-mail list so
privately ask or tell me what you can offer, still written would be most
helpful for me.

For firefox you need a plugin called Webvisum.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] capcha and firefox and internet explorer

Greetings:I'm aware internet explorer does not have a capcha service, solona
was the most recent but I'm just curious to know, is it possible when
encountering a webpage that has a capcha if using IE to switch over to
firefox to solve it?

I spent an hour, filling out this application online today for a government
agency and after 11 pages, right when I needed to sign, there was a capcha!
There was the audio capcha; however, when doing all the different keystrokes
to launch it, it would not play.

I wish they had a be where of capcha sign like a be where of dog sign.
