Hi Tom,
Some PDF files seem to be inaccessible to JAWS. I do not know what makes the
difference, but JAWS will read some but not others. However, if JAWS will
not read the document, I have found that if you use Control + A to select
the entire document, then copy and paste it into a text (notepad) document,
then JAWS does reade it.
