Justin,
I honestly have not learned the keystroke to do this function, but if you
will open the General tab on the Ribbon, and then tab down, the last item on
the list before the OK button will be the "Unblock" item. Press enter on
this, then click on Apply and then OK. This will remove the protected view
from your document.

In past times, I was able to enable editing, or removing the protected view
status of a Word document by routing PC to JAWS cursor. However, in Windows
10 and Microsoft Office 2013, I am no longer able to do this.
If you please, what is the keyboard command for this function?
