Vipre will not let Defender run as long as it is installed on your PC. If
you have noticed the "Conflicting Applications" item when installing Vipre,
this is where Vipre uninstalls any third party security software, and
disables Defender.

an update for defender
I have vipre 2016 antivirus installed, I thought defender was suppose to
