Hi Mario, You need to have a folder for the destination named the exact same as the source folder. Create a folder with the same exact name on your destination drive. When you choose the Source folder don't open it, just highlight it, & choosing the destination folder, just highlight it without opening. Okay each choice & after choosing either the Source or Destination folder, shift + tab, to read what's been selected to make sure you've chosen the correct folders. Take care.
