Hi Wonder if someone might be able to help?
I'm new to windows 10, jaws 16 and outlook 2016. This is what I'm currently running. I'm experiencing a weird issue with jaws not reading who emails are from. I've not changed any settings and can't figure out why all of a sudden jaws wont read that information automatically, it did so yesterday, but not now. I'd appreciate any help or advice here.
