I usually recover the web page. There could be a number of reasons
causing this message to come up. A transmition error could cause the
message to appear.
If after a couple of attempts with no joy I would just move on.

When I enter a link on the web and a dialogue comes up that says recover
web page or cancel is it better to cancel the web page I am trying to
view or
recover the web page?
