[JAWS-Users] cannot update windows

Hi, I'm now getting this message.  Ech time this happens.  I 
get"Downloading updates # percent," but then more will say 
"Windows update underpdates are available, there were prys 
installing some updqes, but we''ll try again later, if you keep 
seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for 
information, this my help." I hit retry.  How can I fix that? I'm 
ustthe windows 10 jaws 16.
