Hi kimsan
To open a file in word 2013, do the folowing:
within Word, press Ctrl+O. You should hear somethign like Open tab Press Tab
once. You should hear: recent document tab.
>From here, if you want to open files you opened recently, just press tab to
find, and Enter on the file you want to open.
If you want to open a new file, from the recent tab, press down arrow to
Computer tab.
>From there you have some options to choose, but I recommend you to press 
Shift+tab to the Browse button, press Enter on it, and open file usign 
Shift+the
same way of word 2010.
