Dear all, Just wondering if anyone on the list is actually employed in a Servicedesk or helpdesk type position? We are investigating a new system and I am wondering if there is anyone already using a system that can comment on accessability? We have looked at a few including Servicedesk Plus, this seems to be JAVA, Service Now and Landesk.
