Create a new folder with Control+shift+N, for new folder. Call it something like, Kevin's stuff. Then after you make the folder, copy whatever files or folders you wish to share with others, into your Kevin's stuff folder. Go to the OneDrive main window, down arrow to, Kevin's stuff, do not press enter. Press the application key, go down to, share a OneDrive link, press enter. Your link is automatically copied to the clipboard in w-10. Now, just paste it into an email or document or where ever you want it. You are done.
