Hi To check the versions of JAWS that your SMA covers go to About JAWS in the JAWS help menu. Or if you run JAWS from the system trey, you can also find About JAWS in the main JAWS context menu. When you open About JAWS, one of the items will say Upgrades remaining x. If x is 0, you are currently running the last version for which you are eligible and it's about time to renew your SMA. If x is not 0, add its value to the number of JAWS that you are currently running and you'll get the last version that your SMA covers. For example, if you're running JAWS 17 and About JAWS says Upgrades remaining 1, JAWS 18 is your last version. But if you were to go back to JAWS 16, About JAWS would say Upgrades remaining 2, which still adds up to JAWS 18.

I'm currently running Jaws Pro but, I want to downgrade to Jaws Home. I couldn't find anywhere to change which SMA I wanted so, by default it wanted to charge $260.00 for a Pro SMA. I know the Home SMA is about 1 half that price but, as I said, I couldn't find how / where to downgrade to the Home version.
