Hello Mike and all. Thanks for replying to my earlier message, and I'm sorry I missed it initially.
I do have another question on the Cover Photo versus the profile Picture. Our page will have both, but there doesn't seem to be a link to post a cover photo on the Facebook Mobile site. I found the link for the Profile Picture, but not the link for the cover photo. If I do need to use the main site to upload the cover photo, can someone clarify which of the menu buttons activates the button for the cover photo and which activates options for the profile picture? On the Main page with the "timeline" tab selected in Firefox with JAWS 17, there is a button that clearly says, "add cover photo" which is collapsed. However, when I activate this button with the spacebar, JAWS doesn't speak the menu options, but a dialog box comes up below the menu button prompting me to upload a photo. I think there are other menu options, but JAWS doesn't speak these. In IE 11, this same menu button brings up a frame, but I can't seem to activate any menus to upload the picture. Below this is a link labeled with the name of my page that could be a Mouseover element. Is this the menu option for uploading a profile Picture? With the dynamic HTML menu buttons it gets a little ambiguous. Thanks all for any clarification. Sorry I missed your earlier post. Will definitely try that. It is very much more accessable than the regular web page. It is easy to find and all of the elements are laid out right there for you. I used this site to set up a page for a non profit blindness group of which I am the vice president of, and I also keep the page maintained. You should give it a try. I posted on this on Friday night, but no one responded initially-so I'm reposting this to the list. I am setting up a Facebook page for a group I'm involved with and have some questions. I need to know how to change the Category of the site from Community Organization to something else. There seems to be a link to do this under Page Info, but the link to edit this information won't activate. I'm having the same thing happen under contact info and can't edit our mailing address information accessibly at this point. If no one on this list can answer my questions, I'd like a referral to another list or Facebook group that possibly can. I looked at the information from Freedom Scientific, but their Facebook Webinar is 4 years old and only covers the basics of using Facebook, not setting up or managing a page. I am using JAWS 17with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox with Smart Navigation set to Controls / Tables. I initially started creating the page with JAWS 16 and had similar issues. Any help or resources would be greatly appreciated.
