Consider the snow flakes
Consider the snow flakes, as they fall, bright and beautiful one and all.
Watch the snowflakes as they fall, all are different, large and small
Look at the snowflakes as they fall, they are One of God's treasures,
created for all.
Consider Him, as the blizzard blows, let Him warm your heart, and give Him
your soul.
Take a walk with Him daily in the snow, pray and meditate on Him whenever
you go.
Remember, God loves you and I, trust in His salvation before you die.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Personalizing the Start area in W-10
Hi Jaws Users list.
here is part of a new guide, I am starting.
Personalizing the Start Area in W-10.
Just press the Windows key or press Enter on the Start button to get to the
Start area of W-10.
The Start area in W-10 is divided into two sections, the Left side and Right
side.
For users of Screen Readers, the top or the bottom of the Search edit box.
So, the left side or the top, of the Start area cannot be changed.
This upper part of the Start area, contains, the All Apps and the Power
button.
The Right side, or Bottom side of the Start area, is totally customizable to
you.
If you press the Spacebar on the Toggle navigation menu, located below the
Search edit box.
You will hear, Account picture for, followed by your name, button.
Pressing the Application key on your Account picture icon here will bring up
a Context menu of the following items, Change Account settings, Lock, or
Sign out.
Now, when you down arrow from your Account picture, you will see different
items.
This depends on what buttons you have checked, or what folders, you have
checked in the Settings, Personalization, Start, in the settings area of
w-10.
Let’s go take a look at the options for the Start area in W-10.
1. Press Windows key+I, Open settings.
2. Right arrow to, Personalization, press Enter.
3. Arrow down to, Start, press Enter.
4. Tab to, Occasionally show suggestions in Start button, press the Spacebar
to check or uncheck.
This means Microsoft can give you suggestions for Apps and other stuff.
5. Tab to, Show most used Apps button, Check or uncheck.
This will show your most used Apps, in the start area if this is checked.
6. Tab to, Show recently added Apps button, Checked or unchecked.
Any Apps you have downloaded lately, will show up at the top of the All Apps
list, if this is checked.
7. Tab to, Use Start full screen, Checked or unchecked.
This will make your Start screen look like w-8.1, good if you have a little
vision.
8. Tab to, Show recently opened items in jump list on Start or the Taskbar
button, Checked or unchecked.
9. Tab to, Choose what folders appear on Start Link, press Enter.
Tab across here, press the Spacebar to check the folders you wish to show on
Start.
This is a list of your choices, File Explorer, Settings, Documents,
Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos, Home group, Network, and Personal
folder.
Check each folder, that you wish to appear in the Start area.
They will appear under, Places list box.
For example, my Start area looks like, this:
Search edit box.
Account picture button.
Places list box, Documents, one of two.
Downloads.
*Wrapping back to top.
Power button.
All Apps button.
Search edit box.
Press the Right arrow, from Account button.
Start Apps list box, News group header list box.
To the right of News, Weather group header list box.
Below Weather header list box, is my local Weather live tile.
Below my News, group header list box.
My News, live tile.
Below this is, Sports group header list box.
Watch ESPN live tile.
Sports, live tile.
Watch NFL, live tile.
So, think of these as left and right.
On the Left, I have:
Search edit box.
Account button
Documents.
Downloads.
*Wrapping around.
Power button.
All Apps button.
On the right, I have:
News group, Right of that Weather group.
Below News group, my Sports group.
So, in all my Group headings, I have a total of five live tiles.
Pressing the Application key on just about any program or App, will give you
the option to pin to Start.
So, Programs or Apps that you pin to Start, will show up with your live
tiles on the Right side.
You can totally personalize your Start area, from the live tiles, to the
folders, and the pinning of Programs and Apps.
You can even change the name of the group headers, to match your interests.
How to change the name of Group Header list boxes in the Live Tile Region.
1. Press the Windows key.
2. Down arrow to the Group Header list box, For example, Play and Explore
group header list box.
3. With this Header selected, same as highlighted, press the Enter key.
4. You will hear the name of this Group Header list box followed by Edit.
5. Press the backspace key until you clear out all the characters.
6. Type in your new name for this Header group, press enter.
7. For example, I called it News.
8. Now I hear, News Group Header list box.
From the Desktop Tab to the Start button, do not press Enter.
Press the Application key, this will open the Utility menu, Same as using
Windows key+X.
Here you have a list of 17 items.
Programs and features, Control panel, Device manager, Task manager, and the
rest.
So, here we have another way to get to a list of useful shortcuts in W-10.
