Agreed on that, it's just we ten to choose our battles. Honestly it is getting tiresome.

Of course there are some exceptions, to everything working in w-10, however, very few. You are just unhappy, that those of us, who are using w-10 are very satisfied, with the way Windows 10 works with Jaws. Have you tested out w-10 with Jaws yourself? Have you helped hundreds of Jaws users set up and use Windows 10? You are speaking from fear, not from reality, about the Windows 10 system. I am speaking from experience from testing, and using Windows 10 myself, and from helping hundreds of people, upgrade to, Customize, and navigate w-10 with Jaws. You still feel a need, to discourage Blind people, from upgrading to Windows 10. What's your problem, that makes you come across to this list, as a negative and as an unhappy person. Does this make you feel good? Frankly, I think, Windows 10, is the best operating system that Microsoft has ever released. I think that Freedom Scientific, did a fantastic! job in getting Jaws 16 and 17, ready to work with w-10, right from the beginning. So, enjoy your, negative comments about w-10, and your fear of the unknown technology, but please quick trying to discourage others from trying it out for themselves... Somebody on another list reported updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 only to discover that his printer would not work. He visited the manufacturer's web site to try to locate Windows 10 drivers for his model, but could not find any. And he could not find any third-party Windows 10 drivers for his particular printer, either. So he was forced to roll back to Windows 7, which was a better alternative than sticking with Windows 10 and throwing his perfectly good printer in the garbage and having to buy a new one. Apparently Windows 7 drivers may not necessarily be compatible with Windows 10 for some printers and scanners. So you cannot assume that just because a printer works with Windows 7 it will also work with Windows 10. Any of your products that work in w-7, should work in w-10. Take your time, and do research about these things yourself. Don't freak out, or get overly worried about W-10, Seriously, Windows 10 works great with Jaws. Give it a try! and see for yourself... Are Windows 10 drivers available for your printer or scanner? If not, then you may have to buy a new one and throw out the old one even though it still works perfectly well with Windows 7 but may not work with Windows 10 unless you can find compatible drivers for it. But buying a new printer or scanner may also be problematic because many of them, especially all-in-one models often have display screens whose menu options are totally inaccessible without sighted assistance. Due to time constraints, and work-related reasons, I cannot upgrade to Windows 10 at the current time, although I plan to do so probably early this summer. Can someone send me some steps to be sure I don't accidentally have Windows 10 installed on my various computers? I'm currently using Windows 7 and Jaws 16 here. I'm concerned due to recent posts on various lists about Windows 10 apparently being installed on computers without people's knowledge or consent.
